You can pay your account balance in full or arrange monthly payments on your past-due medical account securely online by completing the payment form below. We accept all major credit cards as well as personal and business check debiting via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Alternatively, you may mail your payment directly to our office.

This website is fully secure, and all submitted data is strictly verified. To guarantee accuracy, all patients are contacted via telephone within 24 hours before any payment is processed. Once your payment is successfully posted, a receipt will be sent to you immediately via email or mail.
