ACCOUNT PLACEMENT: MD Medical Solutions, Inc. and our assigned collection agencies and attorney teams nationwide accept account placement by electronically uploading their past-due medical accounts using our client’s and our assigned agent’s their assign account box on our website or through fax and mail. Each time MD Medical Solutions, Inc. or our assigned collection agencies and attorney teams nationwide receives a new placement of patient medical past-due accounts, we send our clients and our assigned agents an acknowledgement letter by email. This letter spells out the debtors’ name, addresses, and their balances, and is sent to our entire client’s and our assigned agents to confirm the receipt of new accounts and to reaffirm any information that requires verification.
IN-HOUSE ASSISTANCE: MD Medical Solutions, Inc. always stays in touch with clients and consults with them monthly in person or by telephone to maintain lines of communication.
STATUS AND DISTRIBUTION REPORTS: MD Medical Solutions, Inc. and our assigned collection agencies and attorney teams nationwide provide our clients with monthly status and distribution reports around the 15th of each month regarding the prior month’s activity. The status report provides the name, address, balance, and current status on all accounts. The distribution report shows the amount paid, date paid, location received, fee amount, and our client-assigned account number. These reports may be customized at our clients’ request.
CLIENT SERVICES
Every MD Medical Solutions, Inc. client is assigned an account manager. Clients needing information on their accounts may contact the office, their assigned account manager, or our business office manager. Excellent client service is a priority for us because it is the primary factor in client retention. PLACEMENT FEE STRUCTURE
